Jason Witten:
Since coming into the league, Witten has been one of the most consistent performers at not only TE but in the receiving game all together. He has only missed one game in his career and that was his rookie season. Last year was one of his best years, where he posted 94 catches, 1002 yards, and 9 TDs. This was done with most of the season Tony Romo being injured. Over the past 4 seasons he is averaging 92 catches, 1,032 yards, and 5.5 TDs. If you are in a TD league, Witten is not for you, but if you are in a PPR league, he most certainly is. He goes unnoticed in most drafts because no one ever talks about how outstanding he has played. I would call it "going under the radar". With a healthy Dez Bryant his catches may decrease some, but you can't argue with stats.
Santana Moss:
Even with terrible quarterbacks, no help in the rushing game, and no other threats at receiver, Santana Moss has continuously put up numbers. Last year he had the most catches(93) he has ever had and the second most yards (1,115). This year with improvements all around him, I wouldn't expect nothing but a great season from Moss. He is a speed guy who is a threat to break one loose every time he catches the ball. Averaging 80 catches, over a 1,000 yards and 5 TDs the past three seasons, you can count on Moss to be a great #2 WR on your fantasy team.
Johnny Knox:
A study done by http://www.footballdocs.com/WR_three_year_rule.html, shows that since 1998, 27 of the 56 WRs taking in the draft had their breakout season year three of their career. That's more than 37% and I believe that Johnny Knox will follow suit. He improved his yardage last year from his rookie year by almost double and increased his receptions. With it being his second full year with Jay Cutler throwing him the ball and the weapons Chicago added to the offense, I think Knox is ready for his breakout year.
