Running backs for your fantasy team; OVERRATED!!!!

Last years stats don't lie.  Nine out of the TOP 10 fantasy scorers were QBs.  Only 1 RB cracked the top scorers and yet in every draft you will see running backs taken before quarterbacks.  Snake drafts they go first, and auction drafts they go for the highest prices.  In my league last year Ray Rice was the most expensive player taken at $56 and he was 28th in fantasy points scored last season.  I got TOM BRADY for $25 and hes a top scorer every year and was 4th last season.

Just like real football, fantasy football has changed.  A few years ago, LT and Marshall Faulk like running backs could take your fantasy team to the championship game.  However, since the change in NFL where most teams have 2 and 3 RBs who share carries, the fantasy world has been affected forever. 

The select few running backs i would suggest spending some money on are:

• Adrian Peterson
• Arian Foster
• Michael Turner
• Steven Jackson
• Chris Johnson
• Jamaal Charles

Others that could be successful but you just cant spend a lot of money on are:

• Rashard Mendenhall
• LeSean McCoy
• Peyton Hillis
• Darren McFadden
• Matt Forte
• Ray Rice
